Can I try MASK for free?
Yes! Our Hobby plan is free forever with no credit card required. You get 10 links, 1 bio page, 5 QR codes, and basic analytics to get started.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Absolutely. You can switch between Hobby and Growth from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately. For Enterprise, contact our sales team.
Do add-ons work without Growth?
No. Add-ons require an active Growth subscription. They are billed monthly alongside your Growth plan and cannot be purchased independently.
What happens if I cancel Growth?
Your plan remains active until the end of your billing period. After that, add-ons and premium features are removed. Your data is preserved, but access to premium features is limited after downgrade.
Can I add more links to my Growth plan?
Yes. Link Expansion Packs add 250 links each for $10/mo. You can stack as many as you need. Packs require an active Growth subscription.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes, annual plans come with a 17% discount compared to monthly billing. Contact us for Enterprise pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
